CANCELLATION POLICY: Your appointment is important to me. The time reserved is specifically for you. I understand that schedule changes are sometimes necessary, therefore, I respectfully ask for 24 hours' notice before rescheduling or canceling an appointment. If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service to your card on file. SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOW: If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24-hour notice, or you simply do not show up, you will be charged 100% of the service. If this happens more than once, I reserve the right to deny reservation requests. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule and you will be charged 50% of the cost for the missed service.
